From our initial greeting drink to our final departure, our experience at The Secret was comfortable and relaxing, yet exciting and close to nature. Our tent included everything we needed, though was quite warm overnight (in January) and the shower facility fairly primitive. The Sri Lankan food was excellent, as was the BBQ in the evening, cooked by torchlight under the stars. We really enjoyed our Safari and the campsite was also not free from wildlife! On top of all of this, the highlight for us was actually the service; Manager, Lasathan and his team were the most conscientious, friendly and hardworking staff we met on our two-week trip. Without going over the top, they went to great lengths to make us feel at home and it made a terrific impact on our stay - many thanks.
