A superb place close to Colombo and Negombo, rooms were clean, spacious, modern and surrounded with a big garden. Not only that, pool was in clean and excellent condition. Staff was very supportive and helpful.  Highly recommended place for a stay.

Superb Place

We stayed here for our last night in Sri Lanka.
We choose this hotel primary because of its location close to our car rental and close to Colombo airport.
Staff was very kind.
Rooms were nice and good furnished, but we were sad because bath in our room was not working.
There is nice garden with pool but it was rainy during our stay so we did not use this beautiful place.

Good stay

This hotel was the best hotel in our road trip.
The swimming pool was excellent, it is very clean and the staff make everything to make your journey pleasant.
The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was really good

Best hotel in our road trip

We had a spacious two room apartment with kitchen and big bathroom. Everything was ok, air con worked properly, beds were comfortable. All was clean. Only we were missing some more blankets but found one in extra bed on other bedroom. Rooms can easily accommodate a big family, beds existing for 5. Ask for extra beds.
We could use the pool and kitchen which was lovely, we had a direct access to the big garden. Manager Malraj was very kindly, he helped us in all issues we had. We even did our laundry here, two washing machines running at the same time! 
Supermarket and restaurants are within a walking distance, 10 minutes drive to airport.
If you need a pit stop close to the airport, this is the place.

Pefect one night stay

Stayed here for one night as we had an early morning flight to catch. There are not too many options to stay close to the Colombo Airport.

Pros:
1) It is a very good property. The lobby and back area are spacious. 
2) The rooms and bathrooms were very big and spacious.
3) The rooms and bathrooms were very clean as well.
4) The place is reasonably close to the airport - just a 5 min drive away.
5) The WiFi connectivity and speed were excellent.
6) The hotel provides airport drop off (not free).
7) The hotel front desk was courteous, helpful and spoke good English.

Cons:
1) The place does not provide lunch or dinner and the place is not close to any eateries. It is a long haul to Ja Ela to find decent eating options. If you are short on time and transport, then this could be an issue.

Good quiet hotel

Perfect spot for relaxing before or after a long trip. Good service and the pool was more than welcome. The staff was helpful. The place is quiet. The room is clean. I will probably take a room before leaving Sri Lanka.

Near airport with pool...

Serves it's purpose as a 1 night stay if you have an early flight . The manager was a nice guy who was helpful. The could have done with being a bit less green

Close to airport

This hotel is set away from the main road and the noise yet very close to the airport. It has a small pool surrounded by palm trees. The room was quite big, small but nice functional hot shower, the room also had a large jacuzzi bath, a dressing table, and a small balcony facing the grounds. Very safe as well, with security gates and anti-climb walls. It's a tranquil place to finish or to start your holiday.

Calm & Relaxed 

I wasn't expecting too much from the hotel; in truth I needed a quick stopover, whilst awaiting a flight the following morning.  Airport Villa exceeded all of my expectations.  The room was clean and comfortable (excellent air con) with a great shower.  Though I couldn't get the TV to work, there was WiFi (though it was slow and unstable at first, but seemed OK after an hour or so).  Seeduwa (the suburb where the hotel is based) is an unremarkable place.  I therefore welcomed the hotel's close proximity to a Cargills food store, so I opted to bring back a few snacks to my room rather than try any of the local restaurants (which, in all honesty, weren't as inviting for me).  The hotel is quite well maintained - it has a great looking pool, and the garden area was just as inviting.  In a nutshell, it is something of an oasis.  The manager was, I should add, extremely courteous and welcoming.
