Greate location, super srivice, the manager and staff helpful and very kind. Breakfast was great. Clean roon. We had great experience in this hotel they gave us late check out for waiting our flight time. Thank you for staff.

When was there ,they make me happy,Hotel doesn't have Luxury facilities ,but staff make me comfortably to stay over the day .they gave me proper link to detail with my clayant,s.this is my second visit.

We arrived after a long travel from Mirissa and had a very warm welcome. The lobby is already nice & the room is just awesome. It begins by the comfy bed and ends by the super clean bathroom. We loved to stay there. The garden is a little oasis of calm, you hear nothing just some birds. The pool is nice, but the joints should be renewed as there are some really sharp edges and you have to take care when you walk in the pool.
The dinner is super nice, they have a small menu, but vegetarian meals as well.
We left at 4AM and it was no problem with the airport shuttle.
So if you search for a good start in Sri Lanka or end, please go there, it's awesome :)

Arrived from MEL via KL late one night.
Picked up from airport with relative ease although did take 2 trips for 4 people with luggage.
Hotel was located about 10min from airport.
Was clean and hospitable. Room was ok. Pool was great. Breakfast was ok.
Overall good value.

The hotel named Airport City Hotel I stayed in has a slightly different address. It is Awariwatta Road, Katunayake 11420. The hotel is basic and with no frills. Just bed and bath. The rooms are in the second floor and carrying the luggage is a challenge in the absence of a lift. Thew staff there generally speak just Sinhala and there is considerable difficulty in communication. The senior staff named Dinesh D'Silva is multi lingual and is available on phone always. So, most of the communication to a staff near us is managed through phone calls to Mr. Dinesh D'Sila! He is friendly and knowledgeable. , The wi fi is decent. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. The airport is actually at walking distance with the arrival gate at about 500 m from the hotel. There is a tuk tuk (auto rikshaw) stand just opposite the hotel. There is a bus stop too. Hence connectivity is top class. 

Basic but appropriate for short stay

stayed for half a day to catch my midnight flight. they provided free shuttle to airport although my flight was at 1am. so that was convenient. hotel is actually 5 minutes away from the airport. location wise, not that easy to find. even my cab driver couldnt locate it because it was hidden in some back-roads of a village.

hotel surroundings was quiet and serene. first room i was given smells of pesticides so they very kindly agreed to change room for me. room layout is a bit strange and not well thought of but good enough for me to rest. internet provided.

i wanted dinner but they only had western food on the room service venue. staff was very nice to prepare a local food platter for me i.e. rice with some curry, vegetables and chicken for USD7. i appreciate that very much.

Stop off on way to airport although I did book a basic double  so wasn't  expecting  anything great bathroom was awful  shower put in as after thought I think room has kettle and tea making facilities  and towels only room for one bed side table outside rooms is well looked after  plunge pool not swimming  pool really but didn't  cost a lot
