A hotel in the clouds with a panoramic view, ideal for meditation... a staff with little care of rare generosity... nice encounters and a beautiful life lesson... memories full of mind...

Unforgettable

Very disappointed with this hotel. Very cold accommodation with a 1000 rupees bail required. We were in half boarding but nothing was planned, so we had a steak plate and tea for dinner! Good bed but very limited in cleanliness and very very worn toilet towels s. No view of kandy for 2 days because fog++. Hotel very far away from the city centre. Only positive: the little waiter and the cook who did what they could with what they had.

Very disappointing reception

Hotel on the Kandy Heights with an amazing view. The reception is quite cold, we are asked to pay a 1000rs deposit for the room! We had booked a triple with air conditioning. When we arrived around 7:00pm we were told that there is no air conditioning available... and then in fact the triplets have no air conditioning and we will be found another hotel the next day. We finally stayed the two badly planned nights at Skydale (no household or beds rebuilt between the two nights).

Middle, except for the view...

Two nights in the skydale with a nice view and a good bed but only one power supply for the room with a very tired adapter. WIFI is sparkling. When at the reception... nonexistent and cold. No one asked about us. Only a little boy was trying to smile. We arrived around 5pm and as the skydale is very eccentric (narrow and very winding roads). We thought we could restore ourselves and we were told that it was overbooking...we got two chaps with a purely lentils, an ice cream that was all poured with flat water and that's it...when I asked if I could have a beer, I was told no because it's a hotel house....they gave us a few words without words in two days, and we gave them a nice feeling of silence and sympathy.

I'm very happy.

On the heights of Kandy, a little out of the hustle and bustle of the city, this guest house offers, through its large glass bays, an extraordinary view of the river and the valley. The family (husband, daughter, son) is welcoming and prepared us a good meal on our feet, because we had forgotten to reserve. Good comfort, clean, free wifi.
