9 reviewsThis was a great guest house 10 minutes tuk-tuk drive from centre of Kandy, and therefore close to the main attractions in and around Kandy. It is up a small hill, but all the tuk-tuk drivers drove all the way up so there should be no difficulties. The owner was a nice guy who always was available for questions and was happy answering them. Felt he wanted the guests to feel comfortable. Breakfast was served at the time I wanted it. It was an omelet (possible to get other dishes of eggs too I guess) and toast with jam and butter. Fruit was also available. Drinks were water and tea. My room was with a double bed. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had okay with space. Amenities were bath soap and shampoo. The pressure and temperature in the shower was good, and it had a shower cabinet, so the water didn't make the bathroom floor wet. The wifi worked very well most of the time. Only a couple of stops for 5-10 minutes, but nothing to hassle with. Would recommend Riverdale Breeze and stay again if I return to Kandy.
