Kandy Greenview Boutique Hotel

A charming little guesthouse located on the hills. Wasanti, the hostess, is helpful and attentive and takes care of guests with other housemaids. This is a small villa and they open spare rooms for travelers to stay; it means it’s a homestay not a hotel. Breakfasts in the lovely garden terrace were memorable, and indeed it was a green view. The location is a bit far from the town, although a walkable distance: 5 min to The Garden Cafe and 20 min to Tooth Temple. Guests can use shortcut stairways to the road from the back door. If you walk after sunset, you should bring a headlamp because the road becomes pretty dark at night. I just wish the location would be a little closer to the town and the bathroom would be improved.
