Good value in the western breakfast🍳
Two eggs, toast and fruit salad, tea/coffee. The service is personal. The restaurant is clean and modern with nice accent pillows matching the art on the wall. Thank you for a good start to our day🍽

Great breakfast!

We stayed 1 night at Pilgrims Villa. The place is quite new and clean. The A/C works very well and being a little bit away from the city center makes it a more quiet and enjoyable place to stay. The staff was really very welcoming, and even let us shower after we checked out before we went to catch our place. Thanks so much !

Nice place, with clean rooms and welcoming people

We stayed here for a night as we wanted to see Galle. You have to take the tuk tuk to get there as it is about 2 km from the fort. When we arrived they had forgot to clean the bathroom but it was done immediately. The rest of the room was clean.

I travelled around Sri Lanka for a couple of weeks in September/October 2016 together with a friend. We were at the end of our stay when we reached the lovely Galle and stayed at Pilgrims Villa. Namal, the owner, was very friendly straight away in helping us find the place, and giving us tips on what to do for our time in Galle. The room was clean, en suite and with AC. One night Namal invited us out for a drink with his partner and friends which was great. They were all brilliant company and we had a fun night sharing stories of our lives. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Namal also cooked a meal for us one day and it was one of the best Rice and Curries we'd had in Sri Lanka - definitely recommend this accommodation.

Great, welcoming, friendly, clean place - loved our stay

We spent two nights at Pilgrims Villa in early September.The room was cozy and very clean, with air conditioning that worked smoothly.The beds are very comfortable.It is a little far from the Fort, but it's 250 rupees in tuk-tuk up there.We knew this beforehand, and for us it was no inconvenience.The owner is very kind, invited us to a welcome drink and then twice at the Fort with his friends, who are very friendly.The breakfast and lunch are fine.It's a very good option if you want a good value for money and you don't mind being far from the Fort.

 Ideal accommodation

We visited Galle in the beginning of September 2016 and stayed at the Pilgrims Villa. The room was very clean (especially for Sri Lankan standards) and provided an AC. 
When we arrived we were offered dinner, cooked by the owner, Namal, who is a great cook. We've been traveling for a month when we arrived in Galle and we can say that Namals curry was one of the best dishes we've had. After dinner Namal invited us to a drink with a few of his friends. We had an awesome night with loads of Arrak. It was a pleasure to meet so many nice people and thank you so much for everything!
