We had an amazing stay here as our last stop on a one week road trip.  It was the perfect way to end our trip - the room was cute and very clean, the pool deck was fun for a few beer and the dinner was delicious (we ordered the curry).  And the view… wow! Words can’t describe how beautiful!

Beautiful way to end our trip

Our stay at Zion View Ella was amazing! The location was perfect, in town near all restaurants and cafes, yes you do have to walk up a hill but it’s not very long and really easy to do. The view was beautiful, the rooms super clean, and facilities extremely well maintained. Our kids in particular loved the kids play area and swimming pool. We loved it so much that we’re going back again next week!!

Best place to stay in Ella

This is honestly the most amazing place ever! The view is stunning and there's a pool that looks out over the mountains and through the valley. The rooms were very nice and I loved the hammock out on the balcony. The staff were super friendly and they even booked a tuk tuk for us. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing view!

We finished a busy guided tour with aa few blissful days at Zion View , Ella. What magnificent views and peaceful vibes. Room was lovely and always cleaned well. Restaurant buffet and service were really good. All the staff were welcoming  engaging  and keen to assist
. We certainly recommend Zion View in lovely Ella.

A peaceful retreat just over the rise from Ella main Street.

Very pleasant hotel, very attentive and friendly service. The view from the terraces is wonderful! Good breakfast (local and western), even the buffet was very fine. The center of Ella is well reached on foot, if you are not afraid to climb a small steep hill. The rooms on the lower level have very large terraces, but the rooms are accessed through them. So the room neighbors pass directly by. I found it a little disturbing because next door lived a family with very lively children who were constantly screaming and running around. Would you book the hotel again anytime, but ask for a room further up.

Amazing hospitality..everyones so nice. Wonderful service. Great scenery to view via rooftops. Great food. Room quality is top notch. The location of the hotel is also a perfect midpoint between all the attractions that can be viewed in Ella. Anything else to be said is all positives :)

A must pick hotel for your Ella experience

Fantastic service and one of the best views I’ve seen. The staff were all so helpful and if you’re travelling in a group I would really recommend the apartment with 3 double rooms and a large private balcony. Food was delicious and the pool was wonderful after a day of sightseeing. 

2 day stay

This is a beautiful and scenic resort, The staff are very courteous and friendly, especially Dayalan, Ashantha and Bhatiya ensured that our stay was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast provided was excellent. The resort is ideal for families. Will not hesitate to revisit this resort on my next vacation and would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Ella

Memorable stay

Do not book this hotel. We are a family of four & had booked this hotel for 2 night directly on their website to avail of the “18% discount” that they decided to add on in “taxes & charges” on arrival. We told them we would book else were if they didn’t honour the original price & instead of doing that said that they needed to up the price by another 100$ to match the Booking.con website. Obviously we booked another hotel! 
I have never seen a hotel to treat a family as bad. If I could give them a minus review I would! Pure greed!

Do not book this hotel!

This place was clean, with great views and most importantly outstanding staff.
They were friendly and professional.
They help with food preferences local tours places to visit etc.
The food was hygienic and pretty tasty. 
Parking place, swimming pool, and comfy beds. 
Their pricing was more than reasonable for what they offered.
Definitely family-friendly. 

The only problem is that you must climb down a floor from the entrance to the reception. This is pretty common in Ella.
