The Monarch Apartments, very conveniently located between the Cinnamon Grand Hotel and the Crescat Shopping Centre offer excellent value for money. I had a spacious apartment with all modern conveniences and sweeping views, with direct lift access to the Crescat Shopping Centre. Amit and his team who manage the apartments provided excellent service. Highly recommended for travellers who do not wish to stay in a hotel. BTW, the Monarch Apartments are far superior to the Crescat Apartments which are absolutely terrible. I stayed there on a previous visit, and there is NO comparison between the two.
