Please inform Pucks Glen Lodges of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 80 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. After a booking is made, guests will receive an email from the property with directions and information on key collection. Guests are requested to tidy and clean the accommodations before their departure, or guests can request this to be done for them for a supplementary charge. Please note, children over 5 years of age are welcome at the property, but must be included in the total number of guests staying in the reservation Please note that the room includes free electricity usage of 20 kWh per night. Additional usage will be charged separately
