Od oktobra 2017. svi vlasnici kvadrokoptera i drugih bespilotnih letelica (dronova) u obavezi su da registruju svoje uređaje kod Nacionalne komisije za radio-difuziju i telekomunikacije Tajlanda (NBTC). U slučaju kršenja naredbe, Tajlandski zakon predviđa kaznu do pet godina zatvora i/ili novčanu kaznu do 100 hiljada bahta (oko 3 hiljade američkih dolara).

Prema novim imigracionim procedurama, koje stupaju na snagu od 1. maja 2025, svi strani državljani koji ulaze u Tajland vazduhom, kopnom ili morem moraju popuniti onlajn obrazac za Digitalnu dolaznu kartu Tajlanda (TDAC) na zvaničnom sajtu Tajlandskog imigracionog biroa i to tri dana pre dolaska.

Due to the upcoming high occupancy period, the hotel has adjusted its boat schedule to ensure a smoother transfer experience. This schedule will be effective November 1, 2025. The longtail boat transfer between the hotel and Laem Hin Pier will no longer be available. All guests will now be able to use the boat transfer service at the Boat Lagoon Lounge.

If you arrive after 06:00 PM you must notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

Depart from "Boat Lagoon" to Resort: 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 02.00 PM, and 04.00 PM. Depart from the Resort to Boat Lagoon: 10:45 AM, 12:30 PM, 03:00 PM and 05:30 PM. Private Speedboat Transfer is THB 7,000.00 per way. (10 pax). 2. Long Tail boat transfer is available from Leam Hin Pier at guest expenses. From 07.00 AM – 07.00 PM is THB 700.00 per way and after 07:01 PM. THB 1,000.00 per way.
