A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.83 per person, per night , up to 9 nights, and EUR 0.41 thereafter. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.

From May 26, 2025, only small dogs weighing up to 5 kg are allowed in the hotel. Accommodation is possible on request and at an additional cost of EUR 30.00 per night. The hotel provides bowls for water and food, as well as a sleeping place for the dog.
