Front desk is open 24/7.

Guests should inform the hotel in advance of their car registration number if they wish to unload luggage at the hotel door. This is because the area is restricted to traffic.

Guests who choose full board should inform the hotel whether they will start with breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Although reception is open until midnight, guests arriving after 20:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival.

Please note that breakfast is served from 8.30 - 10.00 and there is a supplement for breakfast outside these hours.

Hotel Roca-Mar is located in Benidorm's old town, for arrivals by car please follow these directions from Elche Park at the end of Avenida de Los Almendros.

o Turn left into the pedestrian zone.

o Stop at the traffic lights, press the inter-com and state that you are coming to to leave luggage at Hotel Roca-Mar.

o Take the first street on the right after the traffic lights, in the direction of the old town.

o Take the second street, Calle Condestable Zaragoza and then the first street on the left, Calle Quatre Canton, Hotel Roca-Mar is located here.
