The third bed is available upon prior request and is prepared specifically for the guest. It is equipped with a folding orthopaedic bed measuring 90×200 cm. The set includes a double all-season blanket measuring 145×215 cm, two pillows measuring 50×70 cm, bed linen and a set of towels.

Parking is available in the courtyard during the day, as well as on Shkapina and Rozensteina streets, and on the adjacent premises.

The flat is rented under a short-term flat rental agreement. The agreement is electronic. Contactless check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to agreement. A security deposit is required at check-in, which is refunded after cleaning on the day of departure. A passport is required at check-in.

Prohibited:

Smoking in the flat, on the balcony and on the stairwell, including vapes, hookahs, electronic cigarettes. A fine equal to the deposit is charged.

Holding noisy events and parties — in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 52-FZ On Silence from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM it is prohibited to talk loudly, turn on the TV, or play music.

Enter into conflict with neighbors and open the door to unknown persons, no matter who they say they are.

Bring third parties into the flat without the consent of the owner of the rented premises.

In case of damage, deterioration, or loss of property, guests are obliged to reimburse its full cost.
