The apartments have contactless check-in. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

A security deposit of the cost of 1 night staying is required upon arrival.

Check-in from 03:00 PM to 09:00 PM is free, from 09:00 PM to 11:00 PM it is RUB 500.00, from 11:00 PM to 09:00 AM it is RUB 1500.00.

Conditions under which the property does not return the security deposit:

There are more people living in the apartment than written in the booking.

Noise from 11:00 PM to 09:00 AM, violation of this rule leads to immediate eviction without a refund of the deposit.

Garbage, unwashed dishes, dirt being left in the facility. Garbage being left on the landings and other common areas of the building is prohibited.

Smoking. The presence of cigarette butts, the smell of cigarettes, hookah, tobacco and other smoking mixtures.

Using additional sets of bed linen and towels without prior permission.

Moving the large furniture.

Causing damage to the apartment and the common building property.

Guests losing keys to the apartment.

Late check-out, stated check-out time is 11:00 AM.
