Know Before You Go

• Couples wishing to share a room must provide proof of marriage.
• Guests must transfer via airport shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking.
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: VND 145000 for adults and VND 100000 for children (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: VND 420000 per vehicle (one way)
• Early check-in fee: VND 500000 (subject to availability)
• Late check-out fee: VND 500000 (subject to availability)
• Onsite credit card charges are subject to a surcharge

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: VND 200000 per stay for guests under 40 years old staying between 18 June - 31 July
