This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the lead guest must be 21 years or older at the time of check in. The full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. After full payment is taken, the property details, including the address and check in details, will be emailed to you. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card before check-in.
