The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Property is Self check-in and that keys would need to be collected 5 to 10 minutes away from the property! Please note that garden/hot-tub usage is only for 2 bed flat WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSIT AT THE PROPERTY, ALL DEPOSIT ARE TO BE PAID VIA THE DETAILS SENT ON EMAIL!
