This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a valid photo ID in the form of a driving licence or passport will be required of the lead booker. A copy of this needs to be sent to the property at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Full names and nationalities of all guests will also be required. All early/late requests will only be confirmed on the day of check-in/out. Please note that this property has a strict no-party policy. A smoking fine of GBP 250 will be charged if any trace of smoking is found in the property. The same charge of GBP 250 will apply if guests are found tampering with the fire and smoke alarms.
