The Natives Samui Villa

Që nga tetori i vitit 2017, të gjithë zotëruesve të kuadrokopterëve ose mjeteve ajrore pa pilot (dronat) u kërkohet të regjistrojnë pajisjet e tyre te Komisioni Kombëtar i Televizionit dhe Radios i Tajlandës (NBTC). Në rast shkeljeje të këtij urdhri, ligji Tajlandez parashikon një dënim deri në pesë vjet në burg dhe/ose një gjobë deri në 100 mijë baht (rreth 3 mijë dollarë amerikan).

Në hotelet e Tajlandës mund të zbatohen tarifat e detyrueshme për mbrëmjet gala. Klientët duhet të kontaktojnë drejtpërdrejt me hotelin për më shumë informacione.

Në përputhje me procedurat e reja të imigracionit, të cilat hyjnë në fuqi më 1 maj 2025, të gjithë shtetasit e huaj që hyjnë në Tajlandë përmes ajrit, tokës ose detit, janë të detyruar të plotësojnë formularin online të Kartës Digjitale të Mbërritjes në Tajlandë (Thailand Digital Arrival Card – TDAC) përmes faqes zyrtare të Byrosë së Imigracionit të Tajlandës, të paktën tre ditë përpara mbërritjes së tyre.

• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the villa prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for full breakfast: THB 350 for adults and THB 180 for children (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: THB 600 per vehicle (one way)
• Rollaway bed fee: THB 800.0 per day

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: THB 3,000.00 per stay

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
