This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 16 Sept 2022 until Wed 14 Jun 2023 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 16 Sept 2023 until Fri 14 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Towels and bed linen are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement: - Towels: EUR 7 per person. - Bed Linen: EUR 15 per person. Alternatively, guests can bring their own. Please note that from October 1 to May 31 check-in on Saturdays takes place from 11:00 to 13:00. If guests cannot arrive within the established check-in times, please contact the property in advance. Please note that heating has an extra cost of EUR 7 per day. Please note that a refundable deposit of EUR 100 is required for the WiFi router. Please note that the outdoor pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.
