Guests need to follow the steps below to check-in:
Log in by entering the booking confirmation number and the last name.
Add guest's email and verify it by clicking on the email the property has sent to the guest or using the verification code.
Complete the online check-in by filling in the entry forms of the inhabitants of the reserve and completing any pending payments.
If guests cannot check-in online from their mobile, they can do so when they arrive, at the Kiosk tablet that guests will find in the hall.
After completing the online check-in, the property will send the guests an email with the details of their digital key, access code, 2 days before the guest's arrival and the details of the property on the day of your arrival at 3:00 PM. Guests can open the doors of the building, apartments and car park with the digital key, entering the code in the locks.
