The number of extra beds in the hotel is limited. In case of booking for more than two people, including children, please contact the hotel in advance to clarify the availability of extra beds for the date of interest.

For children from 0 to 14 years old, a birth certificate is required. Without parents or legal representatives, for whom the parents must draw up a free-form permit, the child cannot stay at the hotel.

For children from 14 to 18 years old, it is necessary to present documents proving the identity of the minor (passport). The child can live without parents or legal representatives, but he needs the written consent of one of the parents/legal representatives.

Foreign guests are required to present a valid original photo ID upon check-in.

Visa support services for foreign citizens are provided free of charge.

Registration fee for foreign citizens: RUB 290.00 per person, per stay.

All rooms and public areas are non-smoking.

When booking 9 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

If guests check in after 00:00, it's necessary to inform the hotel in advance.

If the guest requires a visa to enter the country, the hotel will in most cases provide the guest with the necessary documents to obtain it. Additional charges may apply for these services, even if the booking is subsequently cancelled. All arrangements are made exclusively between the guest and the hotel.

At the hotel's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be requested from guests with pets for the duration of their stay.

The room can have both a bathtub and a shower cabin. The provision of a specific room depends on availability.

By making a booking with the payment type 'pay on site', guests confirm their consent to the hotel's pre-authorization of the cost of the first night's stay from the card specified during the booking at any time before arrival. Please make sure that there are sufficient funds on the bank card linked to the booking, and that the card expires no earlier than the date of arrival. If it is impossible to carry out pre-authorization, the hotel reserves the right to cancel such a booking without prior notice.
