Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and migration card upon arrival.

When placing children under the age of 14 inclusive, their birth certificates must be provided. Guests under the age of 18 must have written consent from one of their parents to stay at the hotel.

Accommodation in a room with pets is possible strictly by prior agreement with the administration of the hotel complex upon presentation of a veterinary passport with valid vaccination marks. An additional fee of RUB 300.00 per day for each pet is paid. The hotel does not provide pet care products. Responsibility for pets lies with their owners.

Baby cots are available upon request. Guests must contact the hotel in advance.

Only one child under 7 years old can be accommodated free of charge in all rooms without extra bed. At the same time, meals and additional services are paid separately.

Early check-in and late check-out are available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

Mir bank cards are accepted for payment.

After booking a room at a rate payable at the hotel, the hotel will provide guests with detailed payment instructions, including a link to a secure payment platform.

All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

When staying in Comfort rooms in the Magnolia 1 building and in all rooms in the Magnolia 2 building, the guest makes a payment (security deposit) in the amount of 5000.00 RUB. Upon check-out, the guest is obliged to hand over the room to the duty maid or the reception administrator. After the room is accepted, the payment (security deposit) is returned to the guest in the same way it was accepted. In the event of damage being discovered upon check-out of the room, the hotel complex administration makes a decision to offset the entire amount of the payment (security deposit) or part of it against the payment of the damage.
