For check-in instructions, guests must contact the property in advance. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

By agreement, late check-out is possible.

Free parking is available on the territory of the house. If guests plan to park in the courtyard, they must be informed in advance. Guests will be provided with a remote control for the barrier. A fine of RUB 1800.00 is charged for the loss of the remote control. Paid parking is 100 m away.

Upon entering the apartment, guests are required to pay for accommodation and a security deposit. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure from the apartment. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, as well as in case of delayed check-out (after 12:00), the deposit will not be refunded.

It is forbidden in the apartment:

— smoking, including on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas;

— to burn candles;

— walking in street shoes;

— to hold celebrations, parties and holidays;

— listen to music loudly.

There are two types of cleaning:

— standard. It is produced by the maid after each guest. It is included in the price of accommodation;

— professional cleaning. It is produced in case of heavy littering. It is not included in the room rate and is paid by the guest additionally.

Guests are asked to take care of furniture and household appliances and not to damage the interior of the apartment.
