The hotel indoor swimming pool will be closed for on the 10th and 11th March 2025, inclusive. Please take this into account when booking for the dates indicated.

Renovations and Closures
The following facilities are closed until further notice:

Children's policy:

Babies from 0 to 2.99 years are free (Cots are on request);

Children from 3 to 11.99 years: Additional cost and on request, as the Double/Twins - Side Sea View and Double/Twins - Sea View rooms do not allow extra beds;

From the age of 12 (inclusive) any child/adolescent will be considered as an adult.

The above conditions are only valid when the child shares a room with 2 adults.

Hotel does not have rooms for 3 adults. The maximum occupancy is always 2 adults per room;

Double/Twin Family 2+1 are equipped to accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child (until 11.9 years old);

Family Suites 2+2 are equipped to accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (until 11.9 years old).

Please note that for reservations with more than 7 rooms, or independent reservations totaling more than 7 rooms with the same check-in and check-out dates, Grupo Hotéis Cristal reserves the right to consider a group and apply different conditions and additional supplements.

- Half Board consists of accommodation, breakfast and dinner (Chef's suggestion) and drinks are not included, but can be added at an extra cost;

- All Inclusive (only valid in summer): consists of accommodation, breakfast, lunch, snack (from 16:00 to 18:00), dinner and open bar (drinks only and at times to be informed at the hotel).

- All Inclusive starts with a snack on the day of check-in and ends with lunch on the day of check-out, and it is not possible to change these conditions.
