The resort can only be reached in the following way:

Guests must transfer via Boat to the property; guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking.

Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions prior to arrival; front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property.

A 45-minute speedboat transfer from Male International Airport. A round-trip speedboat transfer is provided free of charge. Guests are required to inform the hotel of arrival and departure flight information at least 48 hours before arrival. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

The hotel does not provide New Year and Christmas dinners.

Meals for children under 5 years of age are provided free of charge in accordance with the meal plan of the accompanying adult, with the exception of alcoholic beverages. The offer is valid for 1 child and 1 infant per paid room. A mandatory environmental fee of USD 6.00 per day is charged for each child.

Upon check-in, guests are required to present the credit card that was used to guarantee the reservation. The card will also be required to make payments at the hotel. The administration may contact the cardholder to verify the information provided. For security reasons and in order to protect privacy, the use of any types of unmanned aerial vehicles and drones, including amateur aircraft models, is not allowed on the territory of the hotel.

All-inclusive fare: meals; premium liqueurs; free mini-bar; excursions; snorkeling and non-motorized water sports; wellness and spa treatments, as well as dinner underwater. Please note that wellness and spa treatments, as well as an underwater dinner, are only available for stays of 4 nights or more.
