The transfer is mandatory and is not included in the room rate.

- For all arrivals at Manga Soa Lodge after 04:00 PM (the last boarding at Nusi Be is 02:45 PM for both international and domestic flights) and for all departures from the Resort to Manga Soa Lodge after 04:00 PM, transfer by boat from Manga Soa Lodge to Constance Tsarabanjina Madagascar or back impossible. Please note that on the day of arrival, customers will have to stay one night in either Antananarivo or Nusi Be (this extra night is at their expense) and leave the resort in Nusi Be earlier than expected on the day of departure for an additional fee.

- Transfers are collective, not private, the transfer time depends on all scheduled check-in times on the same day.

- There is no fixed time for transfer at the hotel, as our boat transfers depend on flight schedules and sea conditions. Therefore, there may be last-minute delays.

- Please note that the boat transfer is arranged either from Manga Soa Lodge or from Nusi Be Harbor (depending on the tides), and the transfer is ONLY from Nusi Be to the resort and back.

- The first transfer from the resort to Nusi Be is at 05:30 AM.

For security reasons (bad weather, rough seas, etc.), the hotel offers customers whose flight departs from Nusi Be at 08:00/08:30 AM to other destinations to stay for the last night at the hotel in Nusi Be so as not to miss their flight until the next morning.
