You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests can leave their luggage at the conciergerie for free at their departure upon reservation. The security deposit will be pre-authorised on the guests credit card 1 day before their arrival (Visa and MasterCard only). The pre-authorisation will be cancelled within 3 working days of their departure.
