Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 14 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 140 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you will receive check-in instructions from the property via email. All units have a key box and the property will provide the key box number prior to arrival. Please note that the apartments and villas are located in various locations and the address of the relevant unit will be sent to guests. Please note that guests staying in Keloporo and Joutsen can rent the hot tub for EUR 190 for one or two days (cleaning included). Extra days are EUR 40.
