I stayed at Lacasta for 2 nights during my visit in Zaragoza. The pension is very cosy and clean and the price is very low. It is on the 7th floor, but there are 2 lifts in the building. It is right next to the Aljaferia and about 15-20 minutes from the city centre. I admit it was a bit difficult to locate, as you have to enter a block of flats, with a small sign indicating the pension above the door. The staff is very friendly, but they did not speak any English, so I had to communicate in (my very bad) Spanish. Also, as the walls are very thin, I would suggest to ask for a room away from the bathrooms as you can hear the doors banging all day and night from people entering. In general, if you are looking for a cheap and cosy place to stay, with no frills, I would say Lacasta is a good choice.
