Finca Ca'n Coll

We have just returned home and have to write immediately about wonderful our 2 night stay in Finca Can Coll was. We finished off our holidays with a couple of nights in Soller. I made my booking via a phone conversation with the owner , Daniel. He is a gentleman. We were greeted on arrival by Bianca. She is such a lovely , sweet lady. She gave us a tour and prepared us a light lunch . Our rooms were spotlessly clean, had extremely comfortable beds with the most wonderfully soft pillows - like marshmallows . Bathrooms are spacious , toiletries and fluffy towels were perfect. Lovely Nora, a very jolly, positive and smiling lady served us a beautiful dinner on our 2nd night, It was cooked by the owner ,Daniel . It was a typical Mallorquin meal - Roast Suckling Pig. It was absolutely delicious , prepared with local produce. Superb. Breakfasts are delicious. So yummy. The pool is really beautiful . The setting is very peaceful. The only noise is from the odd sheep passing by in the distance which sounds very cute. Guests are respectful and quiet so if they sound like your kindred spirits this is the place for you too . The hotel, of 10 rooms , was full but it felt like we were in our own private villa. What I liked the most is that the team have a very positive and super professional attitude. They are attentive without being too fussy. Smiling , they have a “can do “ attitude . It’s very refreshing , as when travelling around the island we encountered the odd staff that would complain about being too busy and that just puts a downer on the atmosphere . Not here though - Finca Can Coll equals positivity 🤩 The owner Daniel has a nice sense of humour so he is lovely to chat with. He has worked in hotel management for many years in some of the worlds best hotels and it shows. He heads a positive team that take pride in their work. They do so smiling and happily. The show must go on and they do it really well! A pleasure!
