Excellent location, peaceful once inside and quiet, relaxing and spacious

The apartment was comfortable and clean and located an easy walk from historic sites. There are a lot of local eateries nearby which makes the apartment a good base for exploring the city. Highly recommended.

Santa María Apartamentos is absolutely amazing! They provided everything I expected and even more - excellent wi-fi; maps, books, great communication; amazing location to touristic places and restaurants. The apartments are in a restored old building that keeps its original charm mixed with modern finishing; nice tiles, wood floor, appliances and facilities that provide comfort and windows and  doors in the balcony that keep the apartment quite during the night. I strongly recommend it!

Great customer service and property was clean, and exactly what we wanted. It is not in the center of everything (what we wanted) its a short uber ride or a 15-20 min walk to all the activities. We will stay there again we feel in love with Seville.

Property was very well maintained and decorated but our unit had an actual “double” bed and not “two singles” which compares to a king-sized bed as is the case for most hotels with this description of beds.  Really too small for two adults.  Not sure why the operator would opt for this option as there was lots of room for a larger bed which would have been more comfortable.  Also, the bed only had two pillows and when I asked for additional pillows to be brought to the apartment they happily obliged BUT DID NOT bring pillow cases;(.  RECOMMENDED BUT READ DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENTS VERY CLOSELY AND MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS IN ADVANCE.

The location was fantastic and the proximity to the palace, cathedral, bars and flamenco opportunities etc were perfect.

The location was fantastic, very close to Cathedral, Alcazar and plenty of restaurants and bars. The room was lovely and I liked the decor. Our room had a little balcony looking over the Santa María square, the only downside was the restaurant directly underneath being noisy early in the morning and late at night dragging tables and banging the door! It would have been nice to have a coffee machine i.e Nespresso in our room😊. I would definitely recommend Santa Maria Apartment.

Stayed for 4 nights. Absolutely perfect location for a stay in Seville. Clean, spacious, well laid out & close to local shops etc.Once you get to know all the little alley ways, you are only 5-10 min walk away from the centre.But the fun is getting lost in those alleys, plenty of places to have a drink & tapas & work out where you are!For us, this apartment is based in the best part of Seville (Santa Cruz) you're far enough away from the very centre so avoid late night noise, but close enough to be near all the main attractions/sights.Would highly recommend to any friends & family, can't say more than that really...

What a fantasic find.

The property was in a great location. However, it was a bit tricky to find at first - located next to Altamira Restaurant, which is on the other side of where maps takes you. We booked the 4 bed apartment (2 bedroom) which had a full kitchen with 2 bathrooms. The apartment provided a ton of space. It was supplied with all toiletries we needed which made it even better.

The apartment/hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, minutes of walk from all major attractions and historical sites.The service team is exemplary.  My son carelessly left his headphone in the hotel room on our checkout day.  The hotel staff found the headphone and mailed it to the hotel at our next stop,  I couldn’t think a better case of demonstration of hospitality and service.Highly recommended to anyone who wants to visit and enjoy Seville.

Wonderful place and exceptional guest service!

The suites are in a perfect location and provide the perfect amount of space for a family with one toddler. However, the smell in the hallways elevator was pretty bad (my husband speculated that there was a dead rat on top of the elevator), and the walls are paper thin so if you have loud upstairs neighbors that are up til very late - like we did - it may end up keeping you up as well. Would have also liked having more towels - only two very thin and small bath towels despite there being three of us. Would recommend mostly for the location - perfect for walking everywhere.

Location!  Right in the heart of the old city! A charactful property, stylishly converted.  Very quiet but conveniently situated within walking distance of all the major attractions and with many good restaurants nearby. if you want to cook in the appartment there's a Mas supermarket 3 minutes walk away.

We stayed for 2 nights and I wish we could have been there longer. We loved the Santa Cruz neighborhood - I didn't realize how well this apartment is located! You are in the middle of the old town! The host was very helpful with parking recommendation and the whole stay in Seville was amazing experience. The apartment is beautiful - very nicely decorated, clean, and huge (for 1 parent and 2 teens). I would stay there again.

Perfectly located in the old town, just a short walk away from the Alcazar and the Giralda, yet extremely quiet and restful.We appreciated the easy and prompt contact with the property managers, the presence of all the useful amenities, and the overall feel of this elegant building, very clean and well-maintained.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
