The location is awesome.  Reception staff was welcoming and friendly. Parking in the building is $20/day, which is convenient.  You won't likely be driving anywhere around the surrounding area. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and spacious enough.  Basic amenities are available and much appreciated. Description of the listing is accurate.  The bathroom door handle was broken; not a big deal but hope it gets fixed soon!

An overall well-equipped and convenient spot!

The location, service, appartments , terrace with pool, everything is just perfect! I would recommand this place! We spent a long weekend with 12 persons in 3 appartements. Tempa Museo is right in the centre,  but quiet in te night! 

Perfecto!!!!

Great location, lovely staff, the apartment was very quiet, clean, well-sized and furnished in a modern way. Very good beds and pillows too. It had all the details and amenities you might need for a short stay. We were lucky that our unit was ready ahead of time, so the kind staff allowed us quite an early check-in. The hotel is just down the street from Setas de Sevilla, across the street from the Museum of Fine Arts, 10 minutes walking from the central shopping/restaurant district and 15-20 minutes away from the Triana district. We loved our stay, compliments and big thanks to all the staff!

A great place to stay in Seville!

Communication with provider was spotless. Flexibility with check in. Easy to find. Very helpful front desk. Great location, close to all shops, restaurants and attractions. Apartment has all we needed. Definitely will recommend and come back.

Wonderful service and place

A group of 4 of us stayed here following a very difficult period working as key workers through a covid. We were looking forward to relaxing and just unwinding and honestly from start to finish it was a nightmare. When we checked in we were told the pool was closed (Spain had been experiencing heatwave temperatures up to 40 degrees bare in mind), apparently a stag party had pulled up tiles, it was in the process of being fixed and would be sorted within a few hours. We had a night flight and we’re all quite tired so we’re happy to sit on the sun loungers and wait - we did wait, all day. The pool didn’t get fixed. We ventured out and returned that evening and thought we would check the pool, the pool was then filled with water, white cloudy/dirty water. I had gone to use the toilet while we were up on the roof and also had noticed that the toilet was filled up with the same white cloudy water. I contacted the out of hours number to let them know (as we knew it was going to be so hot the next day). They assured us it would be fixed the next morning however if we wanted to we could travel to their sister hotel and use their pool. One of our party had mobility issues so travelling back and fourth to another property was just not an option, on top of the fact that the other hotel didn’t even have sun loungers, it had deck chairs. We hadn’t paid to sit on a deck chair and walk back and fourth to our apartment all day. So we were hopeful that the pool would be fixed. The next morning the pool had been emptied and was re filling - after lunch we could use the pool. We were sat in the pool with another group who were on holiday when dirty liquid started pumping into the pool. We all got out immediately and contacted reception. I was concerned that this was connected to the toilet and this was filtering into the pool. They sent the maintenance man up to sort the issue - he started to use a net to clear the pool. The maintenance man did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate with him, he did however use a translator online to tell us the pool would take a few hours to clean and then he walked off without putting any signs up etc, we were a worried that others would sue the pool and get sick. A man and a young child came up to the terrace to get into the pool, they did not speak English so we couldn’t explain to them what had happened. We went to reception and we explained to the receptionist what had happened, our main concern being that the water had not been tested nor cleaned. This seemed like a general health and safety concern and honestly the staff at seemed to want to cover it up at all costs. She tried to tell us that the dirty liquid that went into the pool would have been chlorine. This was definitely not the case. We could not smell chlorine what so ever, the water was dirty. 
There was a lot of back and fourth, the receptionist (who I actually think is the manager ) was quite rude, speaking in Spanish (not her first language) around us and not explaining to us what is happening. They then added a chlorine tablet to the filter and said they would test the water later on, which I found to be pointless. Of course by later on the water would be okay, after having time for the chlorine to neutralise whatever the dirty liquid was. 
It’s safe to say we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool from here on. The showers were temperamental, sometimes they would work and sometimes they wouldn’t. Apparently this is due to the water pressure in the building. 
The general feel of the roof top area is dirty and out dated, it doesn’t look fresh like you see on the advert photos. There is no view, a very ugly high rise building overlooking the pool on one side. 
Our apartment itself was fine, we didn’t intend to spend much time inside it so we were happy with what we had, other than the balcony. Again it was quite dirty, dying flies and bees crawling everywhere. Only one sun lounger for an apartment with 4 people (and I think can also sleep more). It just didn’t feel like a holiday at all. 
We complained regarding the pool while we were there and we’re told we would receive a refund because the manager understood that our holiday had been ruined. 4 weeks later and we still have not received any money back. The communication is so poor. Customer service is not very helpful. 
I really would just avoid this company/accommodation at all costs. 
We ended up leaving our holiday a day early.

Friendly rentals/Apartments Tempa Museum - Dirty pool, unhelpful staff - would not recommend.

Room was fine, nice and central. When we booked in the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, pointing out the local amenities. Very difficult to park in this area, so we ended up paying the 20 euros per day for the on-site parking, no problem with this as it is more convenient. However when going to check out, we had left the car parked a few kilometres away, and asked if we could use the parking in order to load luggage, this request was bluntly refused. We were told we would have to pay the 20 euro parking fee. The person on duty went as far as to tell us it would be more difficult to enter the parking to load up than it would be to park in the one way single lane street outside the entrance. Quite frankly this was a ridiculous notion, the parking had plenty of empty spaces and was by no means busy. To treat guests in this manner was extremely rude and unhelpful, it was not how we expected to be treated. With a daughter in university residence a street away, we are planning many visits in the upcoming years. The attitude towards us means we will definitely NOT be staying here again. To be a little helpful and polite costs nothing. 🤷‍♂️

Unhelpful

We had taken an eight day couples holiday with friends, renting a three bed apartment with roof terrace. The front reception staff were very helpful and courteous going out of their way to organize sight seeing trips and cars.The places they recommended, like Flamenco at the Flamenco Museum, were not the touristy things recommended by the information centers surrounding the area, but much better and more affordable. Everyone had an excellent grasp of English and was super patient with my bad Spanish. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished with everything you could want (except no teapots while most guests were Brits? Hopefully they change this). I asked for coffee mugs vs espresso cups, they put them in the apartment while we were out. Couldn't have been more accommodating! The location is fantastic!! Very short walk to the Cathedral, shopping, bull ring, university and other sites around the city. We felt very safe at all times when out and about. The only thing that was a slight stain on our stay was the fact they were doing renovations and the noise started at 8 am. Not ideal if you enjoy sleeping in. The hotel pool is a plunge pool, very small for a dip not a swim and is only open in the summer months May to Oct if I remember right. There is no bar or restaurant available onsite but a nice supermarket is a very short distance away for food and beverage. So if a proper swimming pool and onsite food and beverage are a must for you this is not the place. But if a relaxed atmosphere that is super clean, comfortable beds, good aircon, lovely furnishings, fluffy towels and your own roof terrace to enjoy the cool nights with a glass of Spanish wine sounds inviting then this is your spot! We will definitely be back!!!

Last Hurrah of Summer

Very clean and modern apartments.
We had three beds with one leading on to a roof terrace which had table chairs and Sun lounges.
Kitchen was well fitted out with enough cups glasses and cutlery for three people.
Location was perfect and the staff very helpful.

First class location

we recently stayed here and had a great comfortable stay. room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. the air con was brilliant and cooled the room down in minutes, was quiet enough to leave on at night. the complex is a little bit of a maze but soon got used to it. there is a small pool on the roof top, which does get very busy, ( but is only small ) but also gets very hot atop the roof. my wife and child could bear it but i had to withdraw !

the apartments are opposite a delightful square adjacent to the art museum and within easy walk of the historical centre. about 15mins walk to the river, and  possibly double that to the main attractions, Alcazar, Plaza de espagna, etc
 the main bus station, plaza des armas is 5-10 mins walk.
 great friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble when asking questions. happy to phone and book taxis for us.  great shower in our room. washing machine handy for food accidents!!
 within easy reach of the avenida hercules with great bars and restaurants. would most definitely stay again, but would ask for a bigger apartment with a terrace as once we were back from town there wasn't really anywhere to sit out with a glass of wine/ beer, and that would have been nice.

great air con, great location

Two days before arriving to this property they cancelled our booking for no reason and took our deposit, upon trying to contact multiple times we got no help and told they do not speak English, hanging up the phone.
We have still not received any contact back from them or our deposit returned and this happened in June.
Luckily we had choose to pay on arrival so did not lose all our money, would avoid this property if possible.
