The location, service, appartments , terrace with pool, everything is just perfect! I would recommand this place! We spent a long weekend with 12 persons in 3 appartements. Tempa Museo is right in the centre,  but quiet in te night! 

Great location, lovely staff, the apartment was very quiet, clean, well-sized and furnished in a modern way. Very good beds and pillows too. It had all the details and amenities you might need for a short stay. We were lucky that our unit was ready ahead of time, so the kind staff allowed us quite an early check-in. The hotel is just down the street from Setas de Sevilla, across the street from the Museum of Fine Arts, 10 minutes walking from the central shopping/restaurant district and 15-20 minutes away from the Triana district. We loved our stay, compliments and big thanks to all the staff!

Communication with provider was spotless. Flexibility with check in. Easy to find. Very helpful front desk. Great location, close to all shops, restaurants and attractions. Apartment has all we needed. Definitely will recommend and come back.

We had taken an eight day couples holiday with friends, renting a three bed apartment with roof terrace. The front reception staff were very helpful and courteous going out of their way to organize sight seeing trips and cars.The places they recommended, like Flamenco at the Flamenco Museum, were not the touristy things recommended by the information centers surrounding the area, but much better and more affordable. Everyone had an excellent grasp of English and was super patient with my bad Spanish. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished with everything you could want (except no teapots while most guests were Brits? Hopefully they change this). I asked for coffee mugs vs espresso cups, they put them in the apartment while we were out. Couldn't have been more accommodating! The location is fantastic!! Very short walk to the Cathedral, shopping, bull ring, university and other sites around the city. We felt very safe at all times when out and about. The only thing that was a slight stain on our stay was the fact they were doing renovations and the noise started at 8 am. Not ideal if you enjoy sleeping in. The hotel pool is a plunge pool, very small for a dip not a swim and is only open in the summer months May to Oct if I remember right. There is no bar or restaurant available onsite but a nice supermarket is a very short distance away for food and beverage. So if a proper swimming pool and onsite food and beverage are a must for you this is not the place. But if a relaxed atmosphere that is super clean, comfortable beds, good aircon, lovely furnishings, fluffy towels and your own roof terrace to enjoy the cool nights with a glass of Spanish wine sounds inviting then this is your spot! We will definitely be back!!!

Very clean and modern apartments.
We had three beds with one leading on to a roof terrace which had table chairs and Sun lounges.
Kitchen was well fitted out with enough cups glasses and cutlery for three people.
Location was perfect and the staff very helpful.

we recently stayed here and had a great comfortable stay. room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. the air con was brilliant and cooled the room down in minutes, was quiet enough to leave on at night. the complex is a little bit of a maze but soon got used to it. there is a small pool on the roof top, which does get very busy, ( but is only small ) but also gets very hot atop the roof. my wife and child could bear it but i had to withdraw !

the apartments are opposite a delightful square adjacent to the art museum and within easy walk of the historical centre. about 15mins walk to the river, and  possibly double that to the main attractions, Alcazar, Plaza de espagna, etc
 the main bus station, plaza des armas is 5-10 mins walk.
 great friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble when asking questions. happy to phone and book taxis for us.  great shower in our room. washing machine handy for food accidents!!
 within easy reach of the avenida hercules with great bars and restaurants. would most definitely stay again, but would ask for a bigger apartment with a terrace as once we were back from town there wasn't really anywhere to sit out with a glass of wine/ beer, and that would have been nice.

These apartments are about a 10 minute walk from the cathedral.  Nice location, close to shops and restaurants.  The apartments were clean, with everything we needed, including a fabulous roof terrace, which we loved.  The staff were pleasant and helpful.  I'd stay here again :)

Having looked for apartments with a central location and rooftop terrace with a pool this place hits all of those!

We had a 2nd floor apartment with its own terrace but the rooftop pool was an added bonus!

Staff were very helpful and you can rent a pool town for €10.

Apartment: spacious, clean and had basics such as tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets and washing powder! Very modern decor and fitted 5 adults comfortably. Clean beds, towels are provided and a room safe...everything you need is here.

Location: close the the river, setas de Seville and only 10-15 walk from the cathedral. Not noisy or hard to find. Great local tapas bars, etc all within walking distance.

There are 2 supermarkets nearby to buy food and they are not expensive.

Tip: pool gets busy 2-5pm so get there early if you want a seat in the sun! Too hot to walk around!

Really enjoyed our stay at these beautiful apartments. The staff at reception are so helpful and will always organize taxis etc. very clean modern and central apartments.Would highly recommend them if you are busy Seville. Easy walk to Cathedral and Palace about 15 minutes. 

Just back from a lovely 5 day break. Apartments are 5 minutes north of plaza des armas bus station, 10 minutes west of the city centre. We had appt. 208 which was 2 bedroom, 4 people, with a roof terrace which had dual aspect (morning and evening sunshine). Apartment very modern and clean, with convection cooker, dishwasher, washer dryer. Lovely little rooftop splash pool and sunning area. The apartments with sun terraces are all on the roof and accessible via spiral staircases I believe, so not suitable for the elderly or very young children.

The location is awesome.  Reception staff was welcoming and friendly. Parking in the building is $20/day, which is convenient.  You won't likely be driving anywhere around the surrounding area. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and spacious enough.  Basic amenities are available and much appreciated. Description of the listing is accurate.  The bathroom door handle was broken; not a big deal but hope it gets fixed soon!

Five star place to stay

The apartments are located in the old town, not too far from the river and only about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral and Real Alcazar. Bar, restaurants and shops are all near by too. Check-in was quick and easy and the reception staff were very helpful and informative throughout our stay (even assisting us in printing off our boarding cards for our flight home). The apartment was towards the back of the building and situated on the ground floor so it was nice a quiet (just what we had requested). The rooms were clean and modern and most facilities that you would expect from an apartment were available. 
The roof top pool was one of the factors why we stayed here and it didn’t disappoint. In fairness it is more of a plunge pool, as it would only fit about 6 people but it was nice to dip your feet in after a full day of walking the street’s (weather wasn’t warm enough for a full body dip!). Plus you get a bit of late afternoon sunshine.

I would recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Seville, as good service and excellent value for money.

Wonderful location, very high standard of accommodation (we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment) and beautiful roof terrace! Easy walk to all sights and 24 hour reception was extremely friendly and helpful - they helped make finding our way around really easy. Would highly recommend staying here and will be directing friends and family visiting the city to stay here! Grainne the manager was warm and welcoming - extremely helpful.
