Great apartment with all the mod cons you would expect. We stayed in the 1 bed top floor apartment that came with its own terrace that was lovely to sit out on during the afternoon. 
The apartment is right in the centre of Seville and easy walking distance to all the main sights, restaurants and bars. 
Check in was via an automated website that was sent via Whats App that was novel and easy to use. Also appreciated the contact from the rental company to ensure we had settled in. All in all a fab location and apartment and would definitely stay again when in Seville.

Quiet, spacious and comfortable.  We loved all the outdoor space - a terrace AND a private roof terrace, with loungers!  Perfect for morning yoga and evening drinks.  Very close to everything - you kind find a different route every day and happen across wonderful tapas and wine.

Perfectly located with lots of outside space to relax in the sun after sightseeing. Close to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Loads of plazas nearby with excellent tapas. Thoroughly recommended Seville and Siete Revueltas apartments

Very comfortable apartment, excellent location, fluent check in😊👍I definitely recomend it. Sevilla is amazing, specially in february. Many fantastic resaurantes, parks. The public garage is a bit expensive 20 euró/ day.

Absolutely fabulous place- in the middle of old Seville and close to everything. Couldn't fault it- lovely building, clean courtyard and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped for everything you could need. The price was very competitive for the standard received and the managers kept us updated st eery stage.

Nice large attic apartment which was nice and cool despite 30 degree temperatures outside. The New York apartment had 2 large terraces. An excellent location near to everything. Valentina who met us with the keys was very helpful in pointing out places to visit and eat/drink areas. Really enjoyable 4 day stay

This apartment the New York had all facilities needed including dishwasher and washing machine 
There were tablets supplied for both. Great location 
If I had to say anything negative about the apartment it is that there were no English TV channels.  Just the news channel would have been nice but we didn’t come here to watch TV. 
Very large terraces. 2! Always in the sun. I highly recommend.

A design and full equipped apartment in a great and quite position! Perfect for couples and family. Friendly customer service and precious linen change every three days. I would definitely reccommended it.

This apartment was ideal for exploring Seville on foot.  The taxi had to drop us off about 100 metres from the apartment since there was no road access.  We had problems obtaining access to the property.  We had been given clear instructions on how to open the door lock using our mobile 'phone but this did not work.  Another guest opened the front door for us and then we had to 'phone the emergency number to gain access to our apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped.  The bed was comfortable.  There was good wifi connectivity.  Unfortunately, the safe had been left locked in the open position.  There was a smell from the drains in the toilet/bathroom next to the single room.  This was reduced by leaving the bathroom window open.  In spite of these complaints we had a very enjoyable time there and would reccomend it to other travellers.

Location was great - close to square with restaurants and walking distance to many points of interest.  

Check-in was quite easy and quick.

Storage before check-in or after check-out is available for free at the main office, but had to walk up 2 staircases with baggage - no elevator!  Our group had 2 women in their 70's. 

The apartment was adequate but very tight space.  The shower was particularly small.  
2nd bedroom with twin beds - one bed pulls out from underneath (like a drawer), and there is nowhere for luggage, or to get into the cupboard.  Had to remove the side table from the room to use the second bed.

Would recommend for no more than 4 persons - preferably a couple and 2 kids.
