Zafiro Mallorca

I went on holiday here mid July with my husband and 23 year old daughter. We had visited another Zafiro hotel last year on the opposite side of Majorca and were so impressed that we wanted to try another one. This hotel far exceeded all our expectations in every way!! Situated in a quiet residential area yet only a little walk to the beach and shops. From the moment you walk in the reception you are greeted by a fantastic team …such a warm and friendly welcome. Accommodation- the hotel is set in three storey blocks around the stunning pool area….there are a variety of apartments…we had a standard one which was very spacious, kitchen area , large lounge with dining room table, separate bedroom, large bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Immaculately kept clean…large balcony. We overlooked a road , it was so peaceful . Best accommodation we’ve ever had. Pools- amazing main pool which swirls around the beautiful complex, separate kids pirate ship pool and then the luxurious adult pool. The big bonus is that there is no sunbed rush! The rules are simple …if you put your towel on the sunbed then you must sit on it. Management are superb at ensuring this policy and it works great and means that there are plenty of beds even after breakfast! There are so many beds and umbrellas too. Restaurants- an amazing choice of foods to suit all age groups ..lovely touch that the younger kids can have a choice of coloured plastic plates and bowls situated at their level. The team in here are very attentive and helpful. Entertainment- great choice for all age groups and a full programme to choose from. The setting- the gardens are kept immaculately tidy and clean…the whole complex is surreal…stunning views. Feels like you’re away from it all. The shop- here there is a good choice of items ,from food , drinks, inflatables, toiletries. They may cost a little more but for the convenience it is excellent. Overall this hotel is such an asset to Zafiro hotels. From the brilliant General Manager who is very visible every day…walking around , greeting people and checking on everything. He runs this outstanding establishment superbly and has a large team of staff who work extremely hard to ensure that everyone has a great time. We are extremely grateful for the amazing experience here and will definitely be returning next year! A massive thank you to everyone .
