Zurriola Suites by Forever Rentals

We stayed 2 nights in apartment A on the first floor. Alejo was in touch with us several times before our arrival and Ana waited for us beside the underground garage door to make sure we got parked okay. She made sure we knew which keys to use for the elevator, garage and building entry. The 2 bedroom apartment is very large, nicely decorated and has a huge terrace overlooking the lively street below. There are metal shutters over the windows so nighttime noise was not an issue. Laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs and toiletries all supplied which is a nice touch. The location is excellent - a block from Zurriola beach and 10 minutes across the bridge to the older section of town. There are several grocery stores a 5 minute walk away, lots of cafes and pintxo bars, lots of shops. We loved just walking all over this compact side of Donostia-San Sebastian. We had a few minor problems in the apartment. The washing machine started to leak and today the power inexplicably shut off. A quick WhatsApp to Alejo and everything was quickly resolved. I booked on booking.com so I think problems people had in the past have been resolved regarding cancellations. There is a plaque outside the building showing it is a legal short term rental. I’d definitely stay here again.
