Pensión Goiko

This pension is situated in the beautiful old town where the streets are full of bars and shops open until the early hours of the morning. This was a bit of an issue for us as we are a family of 4, the youngest being 7. This meant that we had very little sleep for two nights even with ear plugs. But if you are travelling without little ones and don’t mind the street noise, recycling and cleaners, it’s a great location. It’s 5 minutes from the beach and the guy in charge there, Daniel, is really lovely, helpful and so chilled out! There isn’t air con but we did have a fan which did the job. You can’t go 2 minutes without finding some fabulous food options and the little pizza place next to the church is might be the best pizza in town. San Sebastián is lovely and if it was just my husband and me we’d definitely return to Pension Goiko.
