Had a great family holiday here in July 2025. Booked a garden suite, and although we expected to be ground level we were 1st floor which worked out great. Room was really clean. Everything worked well, toaster and fridge in the room are essential for us as we bring lots of safe food our son could have (ARFID eating disorder). Was kept cool with good aircon, especially during the recent heatwave. Balcony overlooked the pool, not on the main picture, but there are several pools around the hotel. All excellent. Service and staff were approachable and the food at the all-inclusive buffet was really great. Only 5 mins walk to the beach, right in the middle of Sa Coma with shops, restaurants, bars all around. 20 mins walk or 5 mins taxi to Splashworld (small water park) which was a massive hit for our 9yo. Easy to get a bus along to Cala Millor for more shops. Had to visit the doctor, on-site at the hotel throughout the day and easily got help for my son's ear infection. Was excellent to get that support, completely hassle free. Other than a dearth of taxis in the Sa Coma area, we had no problems. Would definitely stay here again.
