After reading varying reviews I wasn't sure what to expect at this hotel. We had a great weeks holiday, the hotel and rooms were always clean, there was plenty of food to choose from,and the drinks were especially good. There were people with orange wristbands (we had black) but had no issues with this and didn't feel it was necessary to pay extra to upgrade. The entertainment was ok, we didn't watch it every night but enjoyed what we saw. The beach is just outside the hotel grounds, it isn't a sandy beach, more like very small stones, but this was easier to wash off afterwards. Being the end of the season it was quieter than normal, alot of the local bars and shops nearby had already closed, but this suited us as we wanted a quiet holiday. The pools are nice, it's great having a separate splash zone for the kids. The main pool was pretty quiet, the only thing I would of liked is for the pool to be a bit deeper but this didn't have a negative effect on our swimming. The staff were friendly and helpful, they didn't always understand me but that's more down to me not understanding Spanish...afterall we were in Spain!! I would definitely return to this hotel again in the future.
