After reading some of the previous reviews I thought we might have made a mistake booking this hotel. Couldn't of been further from the truth. If you are looking for a high end hotel with luxurious rooms, fancy foods and fine wine then this isn't the hotel for you. If you are looking for a family friendly hotel where your kids have a great time with great staff then this is the place. Our kids are 3 and 14 so always hard to find something they both like. Not here. At night our oldest played pool and the arcade games with others whilst our youngest had a blast at the kids disco. The good thing is that the entertainment and games etc are all in same spot so you can keep an eye on them. The kids club through the day was brilliant and I honestly cant thank the guys enough that run it. They learn and remember every kids name and speak to them the whole holiday. They really go above and beyond so the kids have a good time. Receptionist (I wish I got her name but she had glasses and was there the whole week) was the nicest I have ever experienced. Again she went that extra mile to be helpful and interact with kids. Families looking for somewhere nice, simple and decent location then this is for you. My only gripe was that the pool was so cold the whole week. Would be great if this could be heated but that is all. Highly recommend.
