Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca

We had a great time at the Leonardo Royal, it's a really nice hotel right on the beach, and only about half an hour from the airport. The hotel is very nice and clean, with good quality decor. The room was perfect for what we expected, there was enough space, the beds were comfortable, and the Aircon was perfect, it actually turned the room into a fridge when we accidentally left it on. The staff were great especially the staff at the front desk and the ones in the restaurant; Santiago and his team were very friendly and attentive. The food was good quality and there was a wide variety of options to choose from as well as different themed nights to keep things interesting. The only issues were how long the elevators took and due to them being tiny there was always a long wait, and there was no where enough sun loungers by the pool for all the guests in the hotel. The 100 or so sunbeds they do have between the 2 pools were always being reserved by English who weren't even there for half the day, so the staff should be more proactive about preventing that because it created a hostile situation when you'd get an English muck savage trying to start a fight with you for removing their towels from a sunbed that wasn't being used for hours. Other than the sunbeds and the elevator, (the bar staff were very slow serving drinks too) everything else was perfect and we will definitely being going back again and would recommend to others.
