Okay so after 20yrs of uk holidays as both myself and my wife was frightened of flying we took the plunge and decided we would join the rest of family on a Spanish holiday and I must say this hotel was beautiful from the very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us to the checking in staff on reception who were also lovely, we had room 701 views were absolutely stunning had bit of an issue with the balcony roof cladding however got it repaired on first day of being there. The location is spot on for bars and restaurants we had half board so ate in every night and again food was beautiful fresh fruit laid out daily, cooked breakfast english and continental available and restaurant staff very accommodating as they knew we was big family so laid out massive table for us every night, Stanni the restaurant manageress was lovely and all was very professional. The beach is litterally on your doorstep I think the only things I could say is that the hotel was lacking any evening entertainment so in evening it was very quiet but didn't bother us that much as we went out for evening walk to various bars in palma nova every night and also as the location is litterally on borders of magaluf strip there was some noise around the hotels in the early hours as the younger ones were leaving the maga strip to go and sleep all day lol but again wasn't the end of the world. Plenty of sunbeds around pool with nobody rushing out there at stupid o clock to put towels on them, we went to beach every day then returned to pool around 5pm most days for a last dip and a nice cold shandy by the pool. Would definitely stay here again as the whole commodoro playa holiday experience really pleased us and put out minds at rest. Thank you seramar commodoro staff and gutted we are now back in the UK😢😢
