Just back from family holiday with 2 teenagers. Friendly welcome and even cold dinner left in fridge for us as late arrival.1/2 board and both breakfast and dinner Lovely. Lots of choice and good quality. Barbecue 3 nights weekly.Staff friendly and helpful at all times.No issue getting sunbeds after breakfast.Rooms well equipped and cleaning staff very friendly . Flore kept pur room spotless . Although some activities during the day,it would have been good to have staff going around pool to ask if people want to take part and also .music by the pool would be good for atmosphere. Puerto Azul does both.However we still preferred Villa Concha. The pool, sports pool ,spa and gym great.Evening entertainment of mini disco and then on several nights a band or when we were there a great flamenco show.This was at far end of terrace and during dinnerservice so almost over when we came out to watch it. Would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return .
