Puerto Azul Suite Hotel

Another fantastic family holiday at this great hotel in beautiful pollensa. Our 8th visit, which speaks volumes. The hotel is in a prime location, just minutes away from the pine walk and restaurants with a great variety of shops nearby. The hotel boasts beautiful views from all angles and has a lovely pool and lounging areas. Rooms are clean but basic, bright and pleasant with lovely views of either the pool or mountains. The cleaning staff were always smiling and friendly. The staff are amazing. The bar and catering staff are friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to assist you. The food is excellent providing a good variety of cuisine. In previous years the hotel manager would greet guests in the dining hall but I understand that there has been a change in management this year. Unfortunately, we had a medical emergency, which resulted in a family member requiring a hospital stay. Sue and team on reception provided comfort and support during a very stressful time and arranged taxis and communication when needed and ensured we felt safe. Sven and the entertainment team were as wonderful as ever, providing a variety of activities throughout the day and always remaining friendly, approachable and professional. They worked tirelessly this year despite the staff shortages. The general camaraderie between the holidaymakers at this hotel is a real positive, which further creates a generalised friendly atmosphere. We can’t wait to see you all again next year.
