We’ve been many times over the last 20 years. Every time we go back there are many upgrades and improvements. There is everything you could need in the apartment. Great WiFi, a beautiful pool, great staff in the hotel bar and restaurant and you always get a great welcome. We love it.

Wonderful apartment. Comfy beds. Pool too cold/deep for our little 18 month old. Excellent location. All self catering facilities were brilliant.  We love Puerto Pollensa and return year after year. The most wonderful place in the world.

Superb apartments. spotlessly clean. staff delightful. Perfect location close to all amenities.. Port de Pollenca perfect for the less able as lovely long flat promenade. Apartment ideal for the less able. Easy level walks to restaurants and shops. Have already booked for 2025.

We've just had a wonderful 10 day holiday at the Maricel Apartments and can not name a single fault with our stay.  Having stayed twice before at the Miramar Hotel, we knew where the apartments were and could guess that they would be of a similar standard to the brilliant hotel.  We simply fancied a little bit more flexibility and the larger pool area.  We were really thrilled at the size, layout and cleanliness of the apartment ... it was easily the best  we have stayed in abroad!  The maid service was friendly and efficient and there was always available beds by the pool area.  Everything was maintained so well, including the garden area around the pool.  Would not hesitate to recommend and have already booked a two week stay next September!

Pool brollies are in a dangerous condition just an accident waiting to happen. They cannot be fixed in an upright position without a piece of card jammed in the clamping screw. Virtually every brolly is the same. Read your information notes carefully in very small print you are told that there is no maid service Sunday and Wednesday. Think a notice in the apartment would be more helpful 

Arrived and checked in just across the road at Miramar Hotel, which is a beautiful old hotel from 1912. Friendly welcome and very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, wonderfully comfortable, and had everything you would ever need, including a mini oven microwave, toaster, coffee percolator, kettle, hob, big fridge, and plenty of other equipment. The cleaning staff do an excellent job and are so friendly. The swimming pool is lovely, and other than one or two British Sunbed terrorists staking their claims with their beach towels, everyone else was less imperialist. There were always spare sunbeds. In all honesty,  it was the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Combine this with Port De Pollensa being a beautiful town with amazing beaches, bars, and restaurants. 

Maricel apartments was an amazing experience for our holiday this year. Cleaners were kind and did an excellent job, staff friendly and accommodating, great sized apartments and great prices. The pool is lovely and sunbeds are always guaranteed. The hotel is situated in the middle of porta polenca, so beach access is easy and there is a wide assortment of restaurants to choose from just on your doorstep. If you think of booking here, definitely do so, I don't have one bad thing to say about this area! 

We are regular visitors to Port de Pollenca and  we've stayed in the Maricel apartments a few times over the years and always enjoyed our stay.  The pool area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds.  There's a great little pool bar which is good value, but for some strange reason the bar was only open during our first week this year (September 9th) but then it was closed all of the second week.  The lifeguard (who doubles as bar person)  said it was due to the weather.  OK it did rain one day, but after that it was dry again and it felt like she just couldn't be bothered opening it again.  When I asked, she told me to walk to the Spa shop instead!!  We'll be back again next September but this time I hope the pool bar stays open!  Otherwise everything is fab.

the the hoilday appts are very clean a tidy everything you need cleaned every day nice staff has its own swimming pool which is used by the residents of the mirimar spar less than 5min s walk for supplies there is a supermarket up the street with is good for day to day the staff there are great bend backwards to help you with any issues boarding passes etc had a street view very quiet due to area

These apartments are beautiful, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. We stayed as a family of 3 with a 16 year old son. We had a 1 bed apartment overlooking the pool (205). There was a proper bed in the living room rather than him having to sleep on a sofa bed which was very comfortable. The apartment was air conditioned, with a large bathroom & very powerful shower (also a hairdryer in the bathroom). A large balcony with clothes drier. The safe cost us 15 euros for 1 week which was very reasonable. The cleaning team were so pleasant and serviced the room every day apart from Sunday. We couldn't fault it. We never had a problem getting a sunbed, there are lots around the pool which is also very clean. Inflatables are not allowed in the pool which is good but the kids all played ball in the pool instead & everyone seemed to be having fun. There is a small pool bar which is tended to by the life guard for most of the day - the drinks are reasonably priced too. Amstel on tap and you can get a glass of cava (3.75 Euros) as well as some spirits, soft drinks, ice creams etc.

Overall very good. We stayed in Maricel 2, a two bedroom apartments overlooking the street. Large balcony, view not the most picturesque but still nice to have some outdoor area to eat or just sit outside with a drink. Apartment very well equipped and we loved that were two bathrooms. Clean apartment, small amount of faint stains on bedsheets. Beds weren’t the comfiest but they were fine, pillows either too hard or too soft. 

Nice pool, the deep end is very deep and it goes from shallow to deep VERY quickly, it feels like you’re standing on a slide. You aren’t allowed inflatables in the pool. On windy days, big flowers often fell into the pool in large amounts, and instead of the lifeguard cleaning it with the net, they let the guests pick them out with their hands, so the pool was never the cleanest but it wasn’t really dirty, I still enjoyed being in it everyday. Never an issue getting a sunbed at any time of the day. A nice pool bar too operated by the lifeguard. Note that if you’re staying in Maricel 2, you’ll have to walk out from the Maricel 2 building onto the main road, then access the pool via the Maricel 1 entrance. 
 
Superb location, couldn’t have asked for a better location. One row behind the pine walk with plenty of shops and restaurants. Puerto Pollenca is so beautiful. 

As it is apartments theres no entertainment or anything but that’s to be expected as it’s apartments. Staff always very friendly. 

Overall a really nice stay, we booked a package with TUI and was good. Would definitely recommend these apartments to those looking for a self catering holiday!

Amazing! Best Stay ever!

Lovely apartments, but please open the pool bar more!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (Apt 101) on the first floor of the building. You check in across the road at the Miramar, which owns the apartments. It had a good view from the balcony, overlooking the very nice pool area.

There’s good air con and wi-fi. Reasonably comfy beds. Kitchen area could do with a bit more basic kit An example is that the only kitchen knife is a serrated bread knife – useless if you wanted to chop something for a salad, or peel a bit of fruit. And a bit of worktop lighting wouldn’t go astray. Place was spotlessly clean on arrival and is kept that way by housekeeping visits on five days a week.

The only real negatives about the apartment were noise related. It’s next to the lift, so occupants of the adjacent bedroom hear it every time it moves. I don’t know if the apartment walls are particularly thin, or the occupant of the apartment adjacent to the other bedroom was a particularly loud snorer but it disturbed my sleep. Fortunately, I had ear plugs with me for just such an eventuality, which I needed almost every night of our stay.. 

It’s generally a great location. A couple of minutes stroll to the Pine Walk. A Spar in the same block for all your basic shopping needs, although there’s an Eroski City only a few minutes’ walk away, with better choice.

We’d definitely come back here. 


Good stay

Very good apartments.  Perfect location one road back from the beach and the miramar hotel which is linked to these provides a nice relaxing spot for pre dinner drinks.  Rooms are excellently maintained and the pool area is pleasant.  Only negatives are the lack of full time bar facility around the pool, with the lifeguard doubling up on this when around.  When not around there is not service.  Feel they are missing a trick here to create a better facility, atmosphere and service to guests.  Plus the strict check out by 10am with no option to keep rooms until a bit later is a nuisance on the final day.  Overall an excellent holiday in a wonderful location and apartments.  Highly recommend.

Love it here and Porto Pollensa is our number one.Clean and spacious and centrally located.Very much NOT a children's facility and the noisy( but otherwise well behaved youngsters) rather spoilt the tranquility of the pool area but perhaps we should have chosen an Adults Only Hotel.Anyway overall lovely and once we moved from the pool area to the front of the Miramar sun lounging area our  tranquility was restored.Will be back and hope the next time we can avoid the  vociferous youngsters.
