I had a problem with my flight (the airline cancelled my flight at 1am and rescheduled it the day after at 1pm) so the airline booked all the passengers on the flight in this hotel due to this issue. We arrived at the hotel at 2am and the lady at reception checked us in (we were more than 100 people in total) in 30 mins maximum. She was lovely and super efficient (considering the short notice and the time!). In the morning we had breakfast and it has been special! Very nice food and lovely lovely staff! If I will ever go back to Majorca I will definitely considering to book into this hotel!
