Alexandre La Siesta

This was my 7 year olds first abroad holiday! Alexandre hotel La Siesta didn’t disappoint! We arrived just before 1pm where quickly checked in by the lovely reception staff, given our room key so we could start using our all inclusive while we waited for our room and were able to store our bags. Food was fine lots of choice for adults, however I do think there could be more choice at breakfast for children. My 7 year old was happy at dinner and tea but didn’t eat much at breakfast. A lot of the waiting staff were lovely as well making children feel included especially Antonio who would joke with the children and Tino who was always happy and smiling. We had a lovely bedroom always kept clean and tidy, very spacious and lovely balcony looking out onto the pools. There were three pools and we had use out of them all, we were still able to find sun-beds later in the day. There was a lovely soft play area if it got too hot outside and fantastic kids entertainment team Camilla was fantastic and had a fantastic rapport with the children, the children were kept busy through the day and ‘mini disco’ at night! Great location of the hotel however as many reviews say, turn left! Right is more party scene and people trying to sell items. However if you turn left you find a beautiful beech with a sunset, shops, and other amenities! Overall a wonderful first family holiday abroad, and we will definitely use the La Siesta when we return to Tenerife in the future!
