This accommodation is basic but has everything needed. It is clean, comfortable, plenty of hot water, TV, excellent wi-fi, perfect location for old town and near plenty of restaurants. Also good views from some rooms. Using the address given we had no problem finding the pension. The lady who greeted us was happy to recommend restaurants. 

I really liked this place. There wasn't really anyone else there. Super clean, there wasn't anyone waking you up in the middle of the night, internet was good and hot water, towels , heater.... great!

Stayed for one night on drive to south, wish we'd had longer. The apartment had lovely views, lots of restaurants and bars on doorstep. Peniscola beaches a short walk, gorgeous beaches and the sea was so calm and very shallow for a good way out, great for children. Only down side was parking car and having to carry bags up through the old towns cobbled streets to hotel. Would definitely like to go back.

Lovely place within the old town walls

Clean, friendly staff, great old town location, excellent value...

Clean comfortable and great view of the Castle

Spent 2 nights at Casa Juanita this week. Well actually not as when we arrived having booked a family room (last available) we were offered a double room for 2 at €10 less so we took it. We were asked to wait then follow the lady. Well, we then left the Pension and walked about 1/4 mile down through the old town to an upmarked building that had rooms above a shop on the port side of the old town.
The room was very small but clean except for the previous occupants discarded nickers behind the bathroom door.
No aircon a noisy fan and a short bed (I'm 6ft 2") meant little sleep as the window could not be left open due to outside noise. Shower good, location not as expected on the castle wall. Fresh towels both days. 
However the actual Pension is directly above a number of bars and restaurants in the square below (where we enjoyed a jazz festival one evening). Noise goes on till about 1.30am.

Very good location, bit difficult to park your car in the neighnerhood.
The room had a great view, but is was very small. The owner was friendly. The beds were really small. Airco was a bit noisy. Nice, but small
